The Syrian Center for Legal, Strategic & Investment Affairs (SCLS) is an independent, professional Syrian institution headquartered in Damascus. It represents the natural institutional extension of two pioneering initiatives established in northern Syria during the years of the Syrian revolution:

Both institutions were founded in 2020 by Mr. Osama Abo Zayd in northwest Syria, as a conscious effort to create a structured professional space capable of delivering advanced legal and consultancy services despite the challenges of war, authoritarianism, and administrative vacuum.
Over the years, both entities provided legal and investment services to local and international institutions, contributed to the development of legal frameworks, encouraged investment, and offered legal protection to organizations and civil actors.
With the collapse of the regime and Syria entering a new phase of state reconstruction, the decision was made to merge the two entities into a unified institution — a reflection of both professional maturity and natural growth — now headquartered in Damascus under the new name:
