Empowering Female Students through the “Rehab Residence” Project

SCLS and PFC VENTURES identified a critical gap in safe, affordable housing for female medical and health-science students in the city of Mare.
Solution
SCLS partnered with Mr. Yasir Jordan Kahf, who successfully delivered his first project “Rehab Residence” in northwestern Syria in 2024.
The initiative is a purpose-built housing facility designed exclusively for female students in Mare. SCLS conceived the project, oversaw every stage of implementation, and provided essential logistical support to the investor.
